School Trips

Parents and teachers that are familiar with Essex Outdoor Activities will know that our friendly and professional staff will give guidance and care to all individuals and groups that visit, to enable them to learn and grow and to give them a life affirming experience.

We understand the importance of outdoor adventure in providing new challenges and confidence building skills for young people from all walks of life and we strive to do this in a fun yet safe environment.

Multi Activity days are a great way of offering variety and a perfect way to give students a taster of several activities in just one day! You could combine our High Ropes Aerial Course with Archery, Quad Bikes, Water Zorbing, A secret nuclear bunker tour (the kids will learn some history & have fun too!) and much more! Activities available will depend on the size of your group and pricing will depend on the activities chosen but whatever you decide, you can be sure that this is a great way to offer something that everyone will enjoy and get value from!

We tailor build each program for each group after a discussion on objectives and make up of the group. We understand that budgets are tight for youth groups so we do our best to provide a program at a cost that is reasonable. Midweek bookings attract the best rates, and we are confident we are better value than any other provider.
Group leaders are welcome to visit the centre to view the facilities on offer and talk through your particular requirements (by prior arrangement).

Our organised activities for schools, colleges and youth groups are good, not because we say so, but because our customers do and keep coming back!

Residential trips also available

The Bunker is also used throughout the year as a location for Schools, Scout Troop Stopovers and Paranormal Events etc. We offer a breakfast, lunch and dinner service in our fully equipped and maintained canteen and private function room. Phone or email for more details.
We can also offer woodland camping, camping on the hill, Bunker sleepovers and Bunk house accommodation.
