Your safety is of paramount importance to us, and we have established a few house rules which we are sure you will be happy to abide to.
Listed below are a few of the basic rules.
All visitors participating in any of the activities must sign in beforehand.
Driving around the park is limited to 5mph as there are children.
All children under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult.
Smoking is restricted to designated areas.
The public must stick to designated areas.
All safety equipment must be kept on at all times throughout the activity.
If you do not keep on your safety equipment, listen to the instructors or misbehave in any other way you will be asked to leave.
Our staff are energetic, enthusiastic and have a total commitment to your child’s enjoyment and safety.
You will be fully safety briefed prior to each activity.
First aiders are on site at all times.
We have £5million public liability insurance.
All our quad bikes are designed for commercial use and have been picked to suit all abilities.
The High Ropes course utilises the revolutionary Klipa safety system which removes the risks associated with traditional clip on /clip off systems.
All our activities start with a safety briefing.
All protective equipment required is provided and must be worn.
Overalls are available to use for the childrens quad biking. We also have disposable overalls for adults available to buy on the day.
Gloves must be worn for all quad biking activities - they are available to buy on the day at £2.
We also advise wearing gloves on the High Ropes courses too.
There are Safety Rules for each activity and should these be broken or not kept to your activity will be stopped immediately without a refund.
Although our activities are available all year round and go ahead in most weather conditions
High Ropes bookings will not be able to go ahead in storms or thunder and lightening.
The Water Tag Maze will not be able to go ahead in high winds.
